Annual and monthly licences

If the programme does not work with your data, write to us within 14 days of payment. We will try to solve the problem; if we cannot, we refund the payment and the licence file is no longer valid for use.

Perpetual licences

The same 14 days apply. After that, perpetual licences are not refundable.

How

Write to sales@surveydatadoctor.com with the licence number. Refunds go back the way the payment came, within 10 working days.
