Cleaning

Two ways of working on the same tools.

Fix All: The programme composes a repair plan for the survey and applies it, then shows what it changed.
Semi-automatic review: Diagnose first; accept or skip each finding.
Filters: Spikes, refraction, roll / pitch / heave artefacts, IMU jumps, surface-distance and statistical filters, polygon clips.
Editing by hand: Select and delete or restore soundings in plan, cross-section and 3D.
Watch folder: New lines from acquisition are picked up and processed as they arrive.

Where the file keeps raw beams, the geometry is computed again — not just filtered.

Sound velocity re-tracing: New profile, rays bent again, for PDS logs, QINSy databases and XTF.
Sensors: Position and attitude of a line checked and replaced.
Mounting angles: Applied from the Patch Test to the whole survey.
Line Tie: Vertical misties between overlapping lines found and removed.
Rectify: A survey fitted to control.
Gap filling: Holes in the surface filled; filled points are marked in the export.

Patch Test: Roll, pitch and yaw from your own calibration lines, with the profile on the plan.
Coordinate systems: Any projection, by EPSG code or from the survey; geoid and height models.

Surfaces: Plan, profile and 3D views, CI95 surfaces, colour by depth or uncertainty.
Pipeline inspection: Tools for surveys along pipelines and cables.
QC report (IHO S-44): The surface graded against S-44 orders, ready for the client.
Export: QPS FAU, XYZ / CSV / TXT, LAS 1.4, GeoTIFF and BAG with an uncertainty layer.

A licence option.

Acquisition database converter: Lines of QINSy, PDS2000, EIVA SBD and Kongsberg KMALL become databases of another package. Converted lines checked in Qimera to 1 mm.
Quick Convert: Any readable file into any export format, nothing processed.

Originals are read-only: Edits live in the session and reach disk only on export.
Undo and audit trail: Every action is logged with its parameters and can be reversed.
Offline: Neither the programme nor the licence needs internet.
