What we collect
- What you send through the contact form or by e-mail: name, company, e-mail, message, and a computer code if you give one.
- For purchases: the company's details needed for the invoice and closing documents.
- Website statistics without cookies and without personal identifiers.
What the programme sends
Nothing. Survey Data Doctor works offline; the licence is checked on the computer. Your survey data never leaves it.
Why
To answer you, issue invoices and licences, and meet accounting obligations.
Where and how long
On servers in the Russian Federation. Correspondence is kept for 3 years; accounting documents for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent by writing to us.
